We’ll always start with a consultation so we can fully understand your goals, your strengths, your restrictions, your lifestyle, things that may be holding you back and draw out things that will keep you motivated. Together with you we’ll build a programme that you will get the most benefit from.
You can bulk buy sessions which could bring your hourly cost to as little as £27 an hour (terms apply).
And the session will be fun and varied drawing from the experience your instructor has from years of martial arts practice.
We will also use a range of fitness equipment such as punching and kicking pads, skipping rope, stepper, kettle bands and resistance band to help intensify those workout as you get stronger.
You will also be able to take away your programme so that you are able to select bits of the programme that you can do at home.
All this will lead to a healthier and happier you, well done for making the decision to do something extra.
